Digital Marketing Specialist
Description:
Design, develop and manage content marketing strategies, including creating engaging blog posts, articles, social media content, videos, and other digital assets. Ensure that the content is aligned with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement to grow our social media presence. Plan, develop and execute all digital marketing programs and campaigns including, but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) emails, social media, online advertising, website strategy, and digital touch points. Publicize company events at trunk shows, market events, etc. to raise awareness and drive high levels of attendance and participation by targeted audience. Track and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, site analytics, and campaign reporting and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify market trends and provide insights and optimize marketing spend and performance based on the insights. Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thoughtful leadership and perspective for adoption where applicable. Use multiple sources of data to identify trends and consumer behavior that could affect the design of a campaign. Monitor and engage in online conversations with customers for customer care issues and inquiries and provide prompt resolution. Oversee the video and photo content for behind the scenes content during shoots. In performing the above duties, utilize Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word and Power Point; analytics Software (Google Analytics, Planoly & Hootsuite); content management systems (Tailwind, Planoly, Later & Youtube); Adobe Creative Cloud Final Cut Pro, Cat Cut; and Canva.
