Real Brides: Becky

Josh and I got married on May 27th, 2017 at Rock Creek Ranch in Mckinney, TX. Our wedding day was extra magical because we actually got married on his birthday and just before our ceremony, his first nephew was born. The forecast the day before our wedding predicted almost a full day of rain but it ended up being a perfect, beautiful spring day! Our ceremony was outside in front of a beautiful lake setting with all of our friends and family. My 7 year old daughter walked me down the aisle to my best friend, the best man I've ever met, and it couldn't have been more perfect. After our ceremony we ate, we partied, and had so many reasons to celebrate the best day ever! I found my beautiful Moonlight wedding dress at the Blushing Bride boutique in Frisco, TX with my mom, sisters, best friend, and my daughter. The owner of the shop, Shana, pulled several dresses for me but I ended up falling in love with the very first one. As soon as I put it on, my heart jumped and the tears started...I was totally having my "bridal moment!" I tried on several more but my heart was still set on the first one. I put it back on and I got emotional all over again and so did my family, we all knew it was the one. I couldn't believe I fell in love with the first wedding dress I ever put on but it was absolutely perfect. A-line silhouette, full lace, sweetheart neckline, beautiful eyelash detail along the edges and absolutely everything I ever wanted. Thank you Moonlight for creating a dress that made me feel like the most beautiful bride on my wedding day! I also would like to thank Shana at The Blushing Bride boutique for helping me find my dream dress and for being so welcoming and wonderful throughout the entire process!
