Real Brides: Kinley

Michael and I met in 2013 during our 8th grade year of Junior High. Between having classes together and talking to each other in the hallway, it did not take long to spark a friendship that would last forever. Hanging out together and making each other laugh, sooner than later, we learned to love each other’s company. We grew up together, facing all that life had to offer with the other right by their side. We stuck together from high school football and softball games to choosing colleges and lifelong careers. Seven years later, now happily married we are so grateful to have met so long ago!

I am on the side of being a perfectionist and I always thought that I would have to try on every dress to be able to pick out which one was “the one”. When leaving one dress shop, I saw my dress hanging in the corner of the store, took a picture of it, and knew that I needed to try it on. After I saw the dress, I went to other stores and tried on many dresses, but could not get this one out of my head. Once I finally went back, and tried on the dress, I knew it was the one! It was actually nothing like I thought I would have wanted, but it really just is myself captured in a dress!
