My husband and I met when I was 14 and he was 15. We we were high school sweethearts! We mutually decided to call it quits through college as he moved around to several different colleges playing baseball. We reconnected my senior year, his super senior year of college. On our first date back together, we were already talking about marriage and knew if we were going to try at a relationship again, then the ultimate goal at the end was to be husband and wife. Even through all the years apart, it was always him. It’s now been 11 years that we’ve known each other and we are both so blessed to have found our way back to each other. 

I actually found my dress on the first day of shopping. I knew I wanted an A-Line and I didn’t want it to be skin tight but I also didn’t want it to be super ball gown either. My mother in law actually chose my dress off the rack which made it even more special when I decided it was the one! It was the absolute perfect compromise and everything I wanted in a dress. The second I walked out of the dressing room, stepping on the pedal stool and look at myself in the mirror, all I remember is nodding my head and saying “yep,” as I absolutely knew it was the one. I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day as it framed my figure so perfectly!
