I met my husband in kindergarten at age 5! We were best friends and childhood sweethearts through the first few years of elementary school until he moved from California to Georgia.  One day a few years later, I convinced my best friend to call the operator with me to try and find him! We ended up getting his house number and left a message.  To our surprise, he called back and we exchanged AIM usernames haha and kept in touch on and off throughout the years.  The summer before senior year of college I was single and saw he was too and that he had moved back to CA. I slid into his Dms and had no idea what to say so I just sent him a photo of us as kids! He messaged back and asked me to go to the beach.  11 days later he asked me to be his girlfriend, 5 years later he proposed and after 7 years of dating and one postponement later, we did it! 

I saw my dress on Pinterest right after I got engaged! I took a screenshot and then searched what bridal shops in the area carried it.  I discovered Mon Amie Bridal in Costa Mesa had the dress so I made an appointment. About 8 dresses were pulled and my dress was the second I tried on. I knew instantly it was the one because I felt like a literal princess. My mom and mother in law made me try on the remaining 6 dresses but I was 100 percent certain. The dress was in my closet for almost two years due to postponing and yet I still loved it just as much on my wedding day!
