I met my husband, through mutual friends. We actually have girl and boy twins in our friend group, so there's a girl group and a boy counterpart, we all grew up together from high school years. When we went off to college is when we started dating long distance and have been together ever since. 

I knew I wanted something simple, timeless, elegant. It's hard to find something like that, that also makes you feel truly bridal when your constantly seeing lace, beads, and tulle. This dress was actually picked out by a consultant after she looked at my engagement ring. When I tried it on, I had never tried anything on like it. I loved the square neckline, the buttons down the back, and the little slits on the sides. It made me feel empowered to be that bride!
