Real Brides: Crystal

My husband is originally from Knoxville, TN and I’m from White Plains, NY. We met in undergrad in Kentucky. Our school was known predominantly for its sports programs. He was heavily involved in basketball and I was a track and field athlete. 

When searching for my gown, I remembering telling my consultant that I wanted to stay within a certain budget and when I started to help look for dresses, this one was out the budget but it was oh so beautiful on the hanger. I had to try it on immediately and I loved how it snug to my body. I’m an athlete so I knew I just needed something that was going to show off all the years of hard work.
