Real Brides: Chrissy

I am an interior designer, and my husband contacted me to set up a design consultation to help him with new flooring ideas for his home that was filled with mismatched floors. I went to the consultation and as I was in the middle of reviewing flooring options he asked me to dinner. I said “sure” an and we went out that evening. We have been together ever since. 

Originally I tried on a dress at Isa Bella Bridal in Kingsburg, CA and said yes to it. Then I went home and had major regret. I contacted the owner, and she told me to check out dresses at Moonlight Bridal’s Instagram page to see if there was anything I liked. I saw my dress and sent it to her. She ordered a sample for me and I fell in love. I loved the lace, the shape, and the train. It was the perfect balance of glam and classic that I was looking for. When my husband saw me for our first look he said: “Oh, wow! You look like a Hollywood movie star”. I changed the back to a full open back to have it fit my body more comfortably and I loved how my seamstress tucked the strap back, so I had the option to use it if I wanted to.
