Real Brides: Julia

I met Andrew during freshman year at SUNY Oneonta. We had mutual friends, and we started talking every day. When we returned from winter break, we started dating. It was so easy with him, and he’s been mine ever since.

I found my dress at Lady Gray Bridal in Beacon, New York. This is a small, family-owned business. I felt that the stylist Tina really listened to what I was looking for, and this was the first dress she brought out. Funny enough, I realized soon after that this was a dress I had screenshotted before even being engaged because I thought it was so beautiful. I couldn’t stop thinking about this dress and knew I had to go back and get it.
